SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with DIVINE LACESS. We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully to understand how we process and deliver your orders.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier details.
Please Note:
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day
• During peak periods, sales, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer
• You will be notified by email if there is any delay with your order
2. Delivery Times & Shipping Rates
All orders qualify for FREE shipping. Estimated delivery times are outlined below. Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

3. Shipping Methods & Carriers
We work with trusted and reliable courier partners to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. Depending on your location and chosen shipping method, your order may be shipped via:
• Royal Mail — for standard UK deliveries
• DPD / Evri — for express UK deliveries
• DHL Express — for international orders
• FedEx — for select international destinations
The carrier used for your order will be confirmed in your shipping confirmation email along with a tracking number.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery on the carrier's website.

5. International Shipping
5.1 Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
For international orders, please be aware that your order may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are entirely the responsibility of the customer.
DIVINE LACESS has no control over customs charges and is not liable for any fees imposed by your country's customs authority. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order if you are unsure about potential charges.
5.2 Customs Delays
International orders may occasionally be held by customs for inspection. These delays are outside our control and are not included in our estimated delivery times. DIVINE LACESS is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
5.3 Restricted Countries
We currently ship to most countries worldwide. However, some destinations may not be available due to shipping restrictions or carrier limitations. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
6. Delivery Issues
6.1 Lost or Missing Parcels
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please take the following steps:
• Check your tracking information for the latest update
• Check with neighbours or your local post office or delivery depot
• Ensure the delivery address provided at checkout was correct and complete
If your parcel is confirmed as lost by the carrier, please contact us at contact@divinelacess.com. We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
6.2 Incorrect Delivery Address
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. DIVINE LACESS cannot be held responsible for orders lost or delayed due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your delivery address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at contact@divinelacess.com. We will do our best to update your address if the order has not yet been dispatched.
6.3 Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@divinelacess.com with your order number and clear photographs of the damaged packaging and product. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
6.4 Failed Delivery Attempts
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful and the parcel is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Please note that additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery. If the order is not claimed within a reasonable timeframe, a refund may be issued minus the original shipping cost.
7. Packaging
All DIVINE LACESS orders are carefully packaged to ensure your hair products arrive in perfect condition. Our packaging is designed to protect wigs and extensions during transit while maintaining product quality.
We take pride in presenting every order beautifully — because your unboxing experience matters to us just as much as the product itself.
